Our “Civil War Era Cooking” class, presented by living historian and Civil War reenactor Diane Fish was an educational and delicious treat. Ms. Fish guided participants as they prepared, cooked and tasted a variety of authentic dishes from the Civil War period. Cooking endeavors included a variety of historical food preparation methods and recipes.
